Blu-J's Cafe Toukley

I ordered their special and recommended Paella. It was not Paella at all, but a Gluggy Dry and semi warm plate of rice, Terrible and awful imitation which I covered with a napkin and it was taken away to the bin. It&#39;s a shame as it&#39;s a nice club.
